Childcare Practitioner for Young Children

We are seeking a qualified Children's Support Worker to join our team in Droitwich. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children with special needs up to the age of 5.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- To set up and plan activities within the playrooms to meet the needs of children.
- To develop strong relationships with families and professionals linked to your Key Children.
- To observe, assess, and plan to support the development of Key Children.
About the Role
- You will be working as part of a team to ensure the planning, day-to-day running, and development of the centre is carried out in accordance with our charity's vision and aims.
- Able to make all parents feel valued members of the group and use opportunities to promote their confidence and involvement.
- Supportive of parents' concerns and prepared to attend staff meetings and work closely with the team.
Salary and Benefits
£13,992 - £15,007 per annum (based on 27.5 hours per week). The role also includes fully paid DBS checks, employee assistance programme, company team days, additional leave entitlements, sick pay, and festive shopping days.
