Special Needs Childcare Professional

We are seeking an experienced and passionate childcare professional to join our team in a specialist provision.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, able to work effectively within a team, and have excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain safe, clean, and engaging play environments for young children.
- Plan and deliver activities tailored to individual child needs.
- Develop strong relationships with families and professionals.
- Act as Key Person for a group of children, observing, assessing, and planning their development.
- Record observations to inform future support.
This is a Bromsgrove-based role working with children aged 0-5 years with special needs. The position requires a high level of enthusiasm and dedication.
The estimated salary for this role is £13,992 - £15,007 per annum.
