About the Role

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored learning and development solutions that meet their goals. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximise their investment in training.

This is a hybrid position, requiring strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a commercial mindset. Full training will be provided, and you'll also take an active role in defining resources, contributing to social media efforts, and liaising across teams to deliver exceptional service.

  • A competitive salary of £36,000 plus commission (OTE £50,000).
  • 25 days of holiday with an additional half-day every third Friday.
