We are seeking a seasoned Sales & New Business Consultant to drive growth and expansion in our rapidly evolving organization.

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to propel our growth in the HR outsourcing sector. Your expertise in sales and understanding of HR processes will enable you to build strong relationships with potential clients, conduct thorough needs assessments, and deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through effective networking and prospecting, leveraging your passion for sales and knowledge of HR services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-lasting partnerships and driving business growth.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and offer bespoke solutions, aligning with their unique requirements.
  • Present compelling sales proposals and presentations, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing partners to develop targeted campaigns and strategies for lead generation.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the onboarding process and beyond.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in HR services or Recruitment Outsourcing, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and outsourcing solutions, enabling effective needs assessments and solution delivery.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to identify client needs and deliver tailored solutions effectively, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, driven to achieve sales targets and drive new business growth.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
