About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Director to join our team at Boardroom Advisors. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Advisors, potential partners, and clients in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of Advisors, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Networking and Recruitment: Establish and maintain a strong network of contacts, identify and recruit top talent to join our team, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, with a strong understanding of the market and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong networking and recruitment skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Earning Potential

The earning potential for this role is £50,000.00-£100,000.00 per year, depending on your level of experience and performance.
