About the Role

As a Sales Growth Specialist at Loadbalancer.org, you will play a key part in driving business expansion through the development of strong relationships with clients and the promotion of our industry-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Utilize your sales expertise to promote Loadbalancer.org's solutions, driving revenue growth.
  • Handle inbound sales inquiries and actively follow up on opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with Loadbalancer.org's products and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in a related field).
  • A confident, outgoing, and tenacious personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to think on the fly and engage in conversations.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.
  • Self-motivated, with a growth mindset and a relentless curiosity to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks effectively.
  • A hard-working, humble, and customer-first mentality.
