Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our Grounds Maintenance team at Bradfield College.

About the Role: As the Head of Grounds Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grounds team, ensuring that our campus is well-maintained and meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of grounds staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the campus.
  • Develop and implement grounds maintenance plans to ensure the campus is well-maintained and meets the needs of the college.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that grounds maintenance is aligned with the college's overall goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices in grounds maintenance.
  • Monitor and control budgets for grounds maintenance and supplies.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in grounds maintenance.
