We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, driving sales and revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales and revenue growth.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store management team to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
