About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing employees and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Model effective leadership and motivate team members to achieve their best
  • Take on managerial tasks in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Develop and acquire Store Manager duties, with the aim of advancing to this position
