About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing employees and managing store operations
  • Model effective leadership and provide excellent customer service
  • Carry out the Store Manager's role in their absence
  • Develop and acquire Store Manager duties and progress towards the role

About You

We are looking for someone with passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos. You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail and have previous managerial experience working in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience in managing, motivating, and training a team, as well as strong verbal and written skills.
