About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Footasylum. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing employees and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Model effective leadership and take on managerial tasks as needed.
  • Carry out the Store Manager's role in their absence and develop skills to advance to this position.

About You:

  • You will have a passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos.
  • Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • You will have strong verbal and written skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
