We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nurse Leader to join our team at Exemplar Health Care's Otterburn care home in Birmingham.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a proven track record in management or supervision, who can drive quality and maintain high standards of care on their unit.

About the Role

  • Take ownership of your unit's care and nursing teams, ensuring the medical, physical, and emotional needs of residents are met.
  • Develop and implement care plans and risk assessments, ensuring they reflect the latest interventions and care strategies.
  • Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, overseeing their care profiles and making recommendations for improvement.

About You

  • You have a good standard of digital skills and are confident in working independently.
  • You possess an excellent range of clinical and communication skills, which you can demonstrate in practice.

The estimated salary for this position is £23.85 per hour, which includes a range of benefits and perks, including retail and lifestyle reward discounts.
