About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communications Manager to join our team at Chelsea & Westminster Health Charity. As a key member of our Communications and Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital communications strategy, ensuring that our online presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with our charity's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital communications strategy, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Manage and maintain our website, ensuring that it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns to engage our audience, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are aligned with our charity's goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics and social media metrics to inform our digital communications strategy and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on digital communications best practices to colleagues across the charity.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital communications, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for a variety of audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across the charity.
