Job Title: Clinical Communication Specialist

Location: Chelsea

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Communication Specialist to join our team at Spencer Clarke Group. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive communication assessments for children and adolescents as part of the Autism Diagnostic Pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose and assess Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Provide detailed assessment reports and guidance for parents and caregivers throughout the diagnostic process.
  • Apply expertise in ASD-related communication challenges within a patient-centered approach.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration and membership with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).
  • Proven experience in assessing communication disorders in children and adolescents with ASD.
  • Familiarity with autism assessment tools, including ADOS-2, and experience working within a multidisciplinary team.
