Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Pre-Contract Specialist to join our team, providing expertise in cost control, procurement, and tender preparation. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of design software packages, such as AutoCAD, U-Design, SketchUp etc., and be able to implement commercial strategies with the Commercial and Project Management Teams. As a Pre-Contract Specialist, you will collaborate with Sales, Contracts Managers, Project Managers, and Building Surveyors to maximise commercial recovery and form strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities include: Tender preparation, including subcontract documentation, pricing schemes, negotiation, and supply chain vetting; Subcontract order documentation, procurement, valuation, payments, and site coordination; Regular cost and value reconciliation, updating the company's 'Origin' system, and completing monthly reports with the Contracts Manager. We offer an estimated salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 (neg) + Company Package.
