Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in the pre-assessment department
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
Requirements
- Current NMC registration
- Previous experience working within an Outpatients/Pre/OP role
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
- Flexible and positive attitude
- A warm, considerate and empathetic character
