Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team at one of our Care Homes in Carlisle. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, a commitment to excellence, and a willingness to learn and grow with our organization.

About the Role

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, working closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent outcomes. Your duties will include administering medication, wound care, and supporting patients with their daily activities. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training program.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • a valid Right to Work in the UK;
  • a minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered General Nurse; and
  • a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work regular shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
