About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a Staff Nurse in our care home, delivering high standards of care and support to our residents. As a qualified Registered Nurse or Mental Health Nurse with experience in a care home setting caring for older people, you will play a key role in leading and motivating our team.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being at all times
- To lead and motivate our team, supporting and developing less experienced staff to achieve their full potential
- To train and guide less experienced staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellent care and resident outcomes
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a nursing home setting
- NMC registration is essential
- A kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering high standards of care and support is essential
