Key Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled dental professionals during various procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Maintain a clean and sterile environment with pride.
- Provide chair-side support and anticipate the needs of our dentists and hygienists.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
- Exceptional communication skills to build rapport with patients and alleviate their concerns.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Substantial experience as a Dental Nurse with relevant certifications and registrations.
- Essential Radiography training.
- Minor Oral Surgery Trained
- Compassionate and dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork abilities and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of a busy dental practice.
Join our team and benefit from a competitive starting salary (£26,500 - £31,000 per annum), opportunities for pay increases through training and added responsibilities, paid GDC registration and DBS/NIAccess check, referral scheme, and modern computerised surgeries.
We also offer a range of benefits, including annual appraisals, fully funded Practice Manager Training scheme for selected candidates, and provided Dental Nurse uniform. You'll work alongside Specialist Dentists in orthodontics, faster braces, oral surgery, and implants, making every day a rewarding and challenging experience.
