Care Professional for Complex Care Needs

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £28,000 - £32,000, depending on the shift pattern and location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated individual who can provide high-quality care to our service users with complex needs. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting with medication administration and managing medical equipment
- Supporting with mobility and transfer techniques to ensure safe movement
- Encouraging socialization and engagement in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 months previous care experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Personal care and moving and handling qualifications
- Medication administration training and certification
- A valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with service users and their families
