We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SCR Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with challenging behaviors.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized support and care to individuals with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support and care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of service user interactions and progress

Requirements for the role include:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to working with individuals with challenging behaviors
  • Dedicated and committed to providing high-quality care and support
  • Experience working in a care environment is desirable, but not essential
