Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to new employees on the ERP system, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  • Develop and implement analysis and reporting solutions using ERP software, driving business insights and decision-making.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for mobile engineer software, providing technical support and expertise to the operations team.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the customer web portal, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Manage and optimize SAP's Information Design Tool, Business objectives, and Analytics Cloud across the organization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with SAP's Business Objects and Analytics Cloud.
  • Strong SQL query skills or equivalent.
  • Advanced administrative skills with databases.
  • Expertise in Microsoft packages.
