Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at SCR Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with challenging behaviors.
As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a safe and supportive environment that promotes the autonomy and dignity of our service users.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized support and care to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with service users, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of care plans and support strategies.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of service user interactions and progress.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support. They will possess a calm and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to remain non-judgmental and composed in challenging situations.
