- Strategically build and develop the business, and plan ahead through knowledge and experience.
- Grow and develop services, and maximize referral opportunities.
- Identify marketing opportunities and develop a marketing plan.
- Manage projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the service.
- Compassionately and fairly manage, support, coach, and mentor the team involved in provision of the service.
- Ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to service provision that is cost-effective and efficient, making the best use of allocated resources.
- Be routinely involved in a range of staff management issues.
- Responsibility for the safe delivery and accurate recording of care data in line with legislation, the CQC, and Company policies.
- Be prepared to work flexibly to ensure the safe delivery of the service, rolling up your sleeves when required.
