Ryanair is expanding its engineering facilities throughout its European network, and we are currently recruiting for a Training Programme Administrator to be based in Stansted.

We operate more than 1,600 daily flights from 68 bases, across 1,600 low fare routes, connecting 186 destinations in 30 countries and operating a fleet of 300 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

  • Coordinates the planning and delivery of Line Maintenance trainee programmes to support annual targets with £28,000 - £38,000 per annum salary.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or appropriate qualification related to aviation, business administration and previous experience working with UK apprenticeships. They must be able to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams, communicate effectively through various channels, and possess strong organisational skills.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring Line Maintenance trainee licences, coordinating updates and FAQs on any issues that training feels needs to be communicated to the Line Maintenance trainees, and collaborating with Line Maintenance on the tracking and updates of trainee licences and feedback monthly.

They will need to be an effective communicator, interact with the team through various communication channels, and adapt quickly to change. Strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

A valid UK/EU passport and a UK driving licence are required, as well as the ability to travel where the business requires. The successful candidate will be happy to travel within the UK and may occasionally need to attend meetings outside their normal working hours.
