We are seeking a highly skilled Environment, Health and Safety Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental best practices.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
- Provide regular reports on health, safety, and environmental performance.
- NEBOSH certification (General/Construction) and environmental/auditing competencies.
- IEMA or IOSH accreditation and CSCS certification.
- Knowledge of company HSE systems, including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
- Full UK driving licence.
