Key Responsibilities- Developing HSE Procedures: Manage and develop all HSE procedures and processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards and support the plant's upgrades to increase capacity.
- Driving Safety Culture: Foster a dynamic safety culture across the site by promoting continuous improvements and supporting employees.
- HSE Professional: An experienced HSE professional with a strong background in managing QMS systems, ISO standards, and continuous improvements.
- Certifications: NEBOSH and/or IOSH certified, with a focus on progressive roles offering genuine development opportunities.
This role offers progression into an HSE Manager position, salary of £44,000 - £48,000 per annum, and additional training opportunities.
