Wood Repair Resins and Fillers Sales Manager

At Mitchell Maguire Careers, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specification Account Manager to join our team in the North of London region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a range of epoxy resins and fillers for wood repair to quantity surveyors, architects, and other specifiers within local authorities, Heritage companies, and property management organisations.
Key Responsibilities:- 40% of your time will be spent winning specifications with predominantly quantity surveyors and architects and other specifiers within local authorities, Heritage companies, and property management organisations.
- 30% of your time will be spent stimulating demand for product with main contractors and specialist joinery and timber sub-contractors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Proven track record of success in field sales, with a strong understanding of the wood repair industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the business.
- A competitive salary of £43,600-£47,600 + 10% Bonus.
