Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our fireplace showroom in Llangefni, Anglesey. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organized.
  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and assistance to customers on fireplaces, stoves, and other related products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support the existing team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience within the fireplace industry is highly desirable, although candidates with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • UK driving license required.
