Sales Manager for Fireplace Showroom

Our client, a reputable fireplace and stove showroom based in Llangefni, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to join their growing team.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside the current manager, with plans for a smooth transition upon their retirement, following a successful trial period.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and assistance to customers on fireplaces, stoves, and other related products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Support the existing team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Experience within the fireplace industry is highly desirable, although candidates with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Ability to speak Welsh is an advantage but not a requirement.
- UK driving license required.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
