The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organized.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide knowledgeable advice and assistance on fireplaces, stoves, and other related products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support the existing team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Requirements:
  • Experience within the fireplace industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
  • UK driving license required.
