Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organized.
  • Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and assistance to customers on fireplaces, stoves, and related products.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements
  • Experience within the fireplace industry is highly desirable, although candidates with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
