We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at our fireplace and stove showroom in Llangefni, Anglesey. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily showroom operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring it is well-presented and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and assistance to customers on fireplaces, stoves, and related products.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Support the existing team and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Experience within the fireplace industry is highly desirable, although candidates with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
- UK driving licence required.
