Key Responsibilities

As an HR Project Adviser at The FISER Group, you will be working closely with the Senior HR Business Partners to provide key advice and support. Your primary focus will be on prioritizing tasks, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Key Tasks:

  • Advising on low-level ER cases and escalating appropriately
  • Creating regular reports for the HR team and advising line managers on issue handling
  • Administering HR processes with the assistance of an HR Administrator
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and Lloyd's byelaws
  • Managing the business's HR system
