As a Car Sales Executive with KPI People, you will play a crucial role in driving sales success for our esteemed client, a premium brand franchised dealership in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years car sales experience, along with Franchised Dealership Experience and a Full UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling New & Used Vehicles to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Effectively introducing Finance, Insurance and Add-On Products to customers
  • Ensuring smooth vehicle handovers to delighted clients
  • Proactively prospecting new customers to maximize sales opportunities
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships
Remuneration Package

The remuneration package includes a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, complemented by uncapped On Target Earnings (OTE) of up to £50,000. Additionally, the successful candidate will enjoy the use of a company vehicle and an extensive benefits package.
