We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Care Trainer to join our team at Cottrell Moore Ltd. As a Regional Care Trainer, you will play a key role in co-ordinating and delivering staff training across our care homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver face-to-face training and induction programs to employees
- Promote a positive learning culture and recognise individual training needs
- Provide ongoing support through coaching, mentoring, and refresher training sessions
- Stay updated with the latest social care practices, legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the review and preparation of course materials and presentations
- Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
- Relevant Train the Trainer qualifications, such as Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and Safeguarding
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to work on their own initiative and within a team
A full clean driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential as up to 50% of your time will be spent commuting to various sites in Norfolk and Suffolk.
