IT Training Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Trainer & Process Analyst to join our close-knit IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering IT training, improving employee technical skills, and supporting the IT Director with various tasks to ensure a smooth IT process for the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify IT training needs for all users across all offices and develop effective training programs to address these needs.
- Design and maintain all training materials, user guides, and training videos for required IT training.
- Maintain and deliver the IT Induction program for new starters, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
- Design and deliver a range of structured and ad-hoc training opportunities, providing advice and guidance to users at all levels across the business.
- Contribute to the policing of IT quality standards and IT policies throughout the business, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Work with each department to document business processes and identify efficiency savings through the use/adoption of technology, supported by the IT Director and other members of the Digital Adoption Team.
- Knowledge/understanding of IT packages such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows.
- A working and support knowledge of legal software applications is desirable.
Work Location: In-person, contracted office with the ability to travel to other regional offices when required.
