About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation and operation of our IRMS systems and associated equipment. With excellent communication skills and a strong technical background, you will provide expert support to clients, helping them to achieve their analytical goals. You will also contribute to the ongoing development of our instruments, collaborating with colleagues to enhance their performance and capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install and test IRMS systems and their associated sample preparation equipment.
  2. Deliver comprehensive training and support to clients, ensuring they can operate our equipment effectively.
  3. Contribute to the development of new technologies and features, working closely with cross-functional teams.
