CNC Machining Engineer Position:

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machining Engineer to join our team at Hunter Selection Careers. As a critical member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines with precision and efficiency, ensuring seamless production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machining and Setup: Set up and operate CNC machines with precision and efficiency, producing high-quality products.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Maintain and repair machinery according to company safety guidelines, preventing downtime and ensuring efficient production.
  • SPC and SOP Implementation: Develop and implement Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality production.
  • Machine Performance Tracking: Utilize our Smart Factory data collection system to track machine performance, contributing to company-wide safety, quality, and performance programs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: 4-year Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship with a minimum Level 3 qualification in Engineering.
  • Experience: Power Press operation experience is essential.
