Omega Leeds is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements- Apprentice-trained or NVQ level 3 in electrical mechanical maintenance engineering
- Experience with automated materials handling and packaging machines
- Production line experience, with qualified engineers offered training and development
- A proactive approach to fault finding and commitment to continuous improvement
- Perform fault-finding and diagnosis on PLC controlled equipment
- Attend to breakdowns onsite ensuring rapid response on plant equipment and machinery breakdowns
- Deliver on plant uptime and maintenance KPI's through planned, preventative, and predictive maintenance
- Ensure efficient running of continuous processes, moving and packing high-quality products
- Continually improve performance of equipment and systems to support site development
