Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Sales Manager will be extremely motivated and career-driven with experience in the current sales market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Driving sales growth and increasing revenue through effective business development strategies.
  2. Appraising and instructing residential sales properties to meet client needs.
  3. Identifying new business opportunities and referring them to the appropriate division.
  4. Ensuring exceptional customer care and meeting quality standards.
  5. Meeting and exceeding targets for lettings business.
  6. Registering, qualifying, and managing applicants.
  7. Arranging and conducting viewing appointments and securing property lets.
  8. Working in accordance with all legal obligations.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a Senior Sales position with a proven track record in securing new business.
  2. Listing and valuation experience.
  3. Excellent sales ability.
