About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Assistant Specialist to join our dynamic team at Holland and Barrett. As a Sales Assistant Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our extensive product range.

The estimated salary for this role is £19.50 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and a 25% colleague discount. You will also enjoy 28-days annual leave pro rata.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a health and wellness ambassador, providing expert advice to customers on our products.
  • Maintain high store standards, ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment for customers.
  • Complete our industry-leading retail operational training to become qualified and advise customers on our products.
  • Participate in monthly colleague incentives to promote key items and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • No prior retail experience required.
  • Basic IT skills to use the in-store technology.
  • A passion for delivering world-class customer service.
  • A commitment to maintaining high store standards.
