Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to lead our Children's Eating Disorder Service (CEDS). This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to contribute to clinical and system change in the South West.
Main Duties of the Job- Provide highly specialist psychological assessments and interventions for children and young people with complex eating disorders and eating-related difficulties.
- Develop and deliver CEDS teaching programmes to support the development of staff and service users.
- Provide clinical leadership to other psychologists and the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality psychologically informed support to young people and their families.
- Liaise and work with other professionals as appropriate to promote and develop a psychological perspective and the use of psychological approaches in the care coordination of children and young people.

Person Specification- Doctoral Clinical Psychology qualification or equivalent as accredited by the British Psychology Society (BPS).
- Eligible for Chartered Clinical Psychologist status.
- Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
