We are seeking a skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Anthony Knight Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the front-of-house and support teams, ensuring our office spaces are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day office operations, including facilities management and IT support.
  • Manage the facilities team, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire safety, and office equipment standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including recruitment, onboarding, and staff training.
  • Lead appraisals and manage the support staff, resolving personnel issues and maintaining up-to-date staff records.
  • Act as the primary contact for IT, managing relationships with suppliers and support companies.
  • Identify potential system upgrades and improvements, ensuring smooth integration of new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong IT skills, ideally with experience in the legal sector.
  • Familiarity with office management and project leadership.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Confidence and problem-solving skills to handle diverse challenges.
  • Experience with legal accounts and Solicitors Accounts Rules (advantageous).
