Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Service Lead to manage the delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll services at ITV. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in providing first-class support to the business, ensuring seamless integration with other financial services and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day service delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, ensuring timely and quality support to the business.
  • Develop and manage a team that is fully versed in the SaaS and legacy systems deployed at ITV, operating under a process-driven support and development operating model.
  • Ensure IT standards and IT General Controls are observed, and any exceptions or risks are recorded and monitored as part of ongoing audit cycle requirements.
  • Provide strong people leadership to the team, modelling ITV values and behaviours, and ensuring the team has opportunities to grow and develop.
  • Work in partnership with the business Global Process Owners and the technology team to ensure 'user experience' is at the heart of the service delivery.
  • Provide technical architecture and design leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with overall Group Tech and ITV design principles and design assurance governance.
  • Triage and prioritise incoming support tickets, ensuring they are assigned to the correct resolver group.
  • Provide leadership during major incidents, making critical decisions where necessary to restore service as soon as possible.
  • Develop and maintain operational processes/documentation required to manage the service, monitor performance and risk, and react quickly to rectify issues.
  • Manage supplier relationships, working closely with the ITV procurement and SIAM teams, monitoring performance against defined Key Performance Indicators and SLAs.
  • Develop release sprint schedules and application roadmaps, working closely with business colleagues to provide impact assessment and identify technical dependencies.

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience supporting hybrid application landscapes with complex system integrations.
  • Deep understanding of core IT service management, HR and payroll processes and documentation.
  • Ability to manage a team focused on process, CSI, innovation, and user-focused delivery of first-class support.
  • Prior Finops experience, managing subscriptions and associated budgets, supplier contracts.
  • Adept at resolving issues in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive in researching, discussing, and implementing creative solutions to complex problems.

Desirable Qualifications

  • ITIL certification.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM & Payroll Certification.
