Adult Wellbeing Support Manager

Family Action is seeking an Adult Wellbeing Support Manager to lead and direct our Wandsworth WellFamily and Foodbank Service. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, holding a small case load, and deputising for the Service Manager.
As an experienced practitioner, you will possess excellent holistic assessment and consultation skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with individuals, professionals, and stakeholders. You will also possess leadership qualities and a commitment to improving the lives and opportunities of individuals experiencing various challenges.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Service Manager and other Senior Wellbeing Coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of the service. This includes collaborating with partnership agencies and promoting co-production with guests and service users.
This role requires a deep understanding of adult mental health issues, as well as the impact of ill health, deprivation, and discrimination on adults, children, young people, and communities. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of overall governance, including report writing, case management records, and developing and maintaining compliance with our safeguarding standards.
We offer a competitive salary range of £36,138 - £39,627 per annum, inclusive of the inner London weighting (pro-rata for part-time). The estimated annual salary for this role is £14,650.54 - £16,065 per annum, based on 15 hours per week. In addition to the above salary, you will receive up to 6% matched-pension contributions, eye care and winter flu jabs vouchers, cycle to work scheme, and ongoing quality training and career development opportunities.
