Collections Specialist

Job Summary
Frasers Group is seeking a skilled Collections Specialist to join our team in Clayton-le-Moors, Accrington. As a Collections Specialist, you will play a crucial role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.
Key Responsibilities- Review accounts and identify customers who require contact
- Communicate with customers to understand their financial situation and offer support to minimize arrears
- Work within company guidelines to maintain high standards and provide excellent customer service
- Build rapport with customers to ensure empathy and compassion are portrayed in a professional manner
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase salary potential
- Experience in a financial services or customer service environment (beneficial but not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen and build rapport quickly and effectively
- High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Self-motivated and able to work as part of a team
- Basic IT skills
