About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a critical role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accounts and identify customers who require contact
