Job Summary: We are seeking passionate and compassionate individuals to work as Care Assistants in our residential care settings. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.
About the Role: The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with vulnerable adults, be able to demonstrate empathy and understanding, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Salary and Benefits: This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus a range of benefits including a fully funded qualification in health and social care, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression.
