**Job Summary:** As a Bank Credit Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding account information, payments, and purchases
- Presenting and educating customers on our various portfolios, including financial products and loyalty programs
- Proactively promoting cardholder features and benefits while retaining insurance and account cancellation inquiries
**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of strong customer service skills and/or collection experience
- Computer knowledge and experience
**What We Offer:
