**Job Description:** As a Bank Credit Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling telephone inquiries from customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You will present and educate customers on our various portfolios, including financial products and loyalty programs.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding account information, payments, and purchases
  • Promote cardholder features and benefits while retaining insurance and account cancellation inquiries
  • Create payment plans to satisfy delinquency of accounts

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of strong customer service skills and/or collection experience
  • Computer knowledge and experience
